Mark Walstrom is a recognized talent expert in the medical industry. Mark has over 500 hires in the medical industry
in the last 15 years. Mark understands the marketplace and the unique cultural qualities that attract candidates to specific
medical companies. Prior to The Walstrom Group, Inc., Mark previously held the positions of Human Resources Manager at
Boston Scientific; Talent Acquisition Manager at Medtronic; and Talent Acquisition Manager at American Medical Systems. Mark
has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
With his medical industry talent expertise, Mark has been selected as panelist and guest speaker for RAPS
(Regulatory Affairs Professional Society), ACRP (Association of Clinical Research Professionals), ASQ (American Society of
Quality), New York Times for Diversity Sourcing, and MNSCU (MN State Colleges). Mark is also a member of 50 other professional
organizations relating to talent and the medical industry.

Rita
Walstrom has extensive recruiting knowledge and has worked
as a recruiting consultant at Medtronic and Upsher-Smith. She was also a Senior Recruiter at Paddock Labs. This combination
of medical device and pharmaceutical provides Rita a broad perspective of talent acquisition in the medical industry. Rita
utilizes this wide expertise to identify the best talent matched against the opportunities.
Prior
to her recruiting expertise in the medical industry, Rita led customer service operations before moving to a recruiter role
at Carlson Companies. This customer service expertise combined with direct experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, and
service organizations has provided Rita the leadership skills necessary to lead all the contract recruiting efforts at The
Walstrom Group. Rita has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Minnesota.
