The Walstrom Group finds its best talent through strong relationships, extensive networking and referrals from satisfied candidates and clients. To show our appreciation, we will extend a $500 bonus for any referral that is submitted to us and placed in a direct hire position.

Eligibility for Referral Bonus

A referral bonus will be paid to you 90 days after your referral has accepted a position through The Walstrom Group, Inc. The referral must still be employed in that position at the time of payment. The candidate submitted for referral must be new to The Walstrom Group, Inc. If a candidate is referred by multiple people, the referral bonus will be paid to the first person who submitted the referral, determined at the discretion of The Walstrom Group.
